Bethesda Counseling was founded with a simple but meaningful picture in mind: the biblical story of the Pool of Bethesda. In Scripture, this place became known as a gathering point for people carrying pain, discouragement, or unmet needs. It was there that Jesus spoke the words, “Get up, pick up your mat, and walk,” inviting a man into healing and a new beginning.
This theme of restoration shapes the heart of Bethesda Counseling. The practice was built on the belief that healing is possible, that people can rise again, and that compassionate support helps make that journey achievable. Bethesda Counseling offers a calm, steady environment where clients can explore their stories, understand their struggles, and begin taking intentional steps toward wholeness.

My goal is to offer a place where you can breathe, feel understood, and take steady steps toward healing. With compassion, courage, and support, change is possible.
Faith can be part of that journey if you desire it. You are welcome here.
Hello, and thank you for taking a moment to stop here.
Stepping into counseling is a meaningful decision, and my heart is to make this space one where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard.
For more than 30 years, I have walked beside individuals and families as they navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, grief, and seasons of uncertainty. Each person who sits across from me brings a unique story, and it is an honor to be part of that journey.
Bethesda Counseling was created with the same spirit found in the biblical story of the Pool of Bethesda and a place where hurting people gathered with hope for healing. I believe that healing often happens in steady conversations, small breakthroughs, and moments when you feel supported rather than alone.
My role is to offer compassionate guidance, practical tools, and the space to grow at a pace that feels right for you. And if faith is important to you, we can integrate that into your healing process in a way that supports your beliefs and strengthens your steps forward.
Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here.
You do not have to carry everything by yourself.
Grace and peace,
