an answer to your question.

Yes. You can choose the type of session that works best for your comfort and schedule.

In person sessions take place in a quiet and welcoming office setting where you can speak freely and privately.

Telehealth sessions are offered through a secure video platform that meets professional privacy standards, allowing you to receive counseling from your home, workplace, or any safe location.

Phone appointments are available for those who prefer audio only or for clients who need flexible options while traveling or balancing busy schedules.

You may call, text, or email to schedule a session.

You can also fill out the contact form if you prefer. All messages are read with care, and you will receive a response as soon as possible.

If you are unsure which session type you need, we can help you decide based on your goals, comfort, or practical needs.

Appointments are flexible and offered throughout the week, with consideration given to individuals with busy schedules, parents managing childcare, and anyone who needs a little extra flexibility.

Your first session is a calm and simple conversation meant to help you feel at ease. There is no pressure to share anything before you are ready.

We begin by getting to know you, your concerns, and any goals you may have for counseling. You can bring questions, hopes, or even uncertainties.

Together, we will explore a gentle path forward at a pace that feels right. This session is about building trust and making sure you feel supported, understood, and safe.

Insurances accepted:

Blue Cross and Blue Shield

United Health Care

Tricare

Private pay is also an option

Bethesda accepts cash, debit cards and most major credit cards.

No. All clients are welcome and valued regardless of background, beliefs, or faith traditions.

Faith based support, prayer, and Scripture are available only if you request them and will always follow your comfort level.

Many clients choose a blend of clinical methods and faith guided encouragement, while others prefer a strictly therapeutic approach.

Your preferences guide the process, and your spiritual boundaries are always honored.

Most counseling sessions last about one hour. This allows time to explore what is on your mind without feeling rushed.

Longer sessions can sometimes be arranged if you are working through trauma, heavy emotions, or deeper relational topics that benefit from more time and space.

You are welcome to ask about pacing, breaks, or anything else that would help you feel comfortable during your time together.

If you are experiencing an emergency, emotional crisis, or thoughts of self harm, please call 988 or go immediately to the nearest emergency room.

Counseling appointments and messages cannot be monitored continuously, so emergency services are the best way to receive immediate help and protection.

You are never alone. Reaching out to emergency care is a strong and courageous step toward safety and support.
